Ingredients

  • Chocolate pie crusts
  • Chocolate filling (chocolate pudding or ganache)
  • Marshmallow cream
  • Salty pretzels
  • Whipped cream (optional for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven according to the pie crust package instructions and bake mini pie crusts until golden.
  2. Cool the crusts completely on a wire rack before filling them.
  3. Prepare your chocolate filling of choice—whether it’s rich chocolate pudding or decadent ganache, and spoon it into each baked crust.
  4. Add a dollop of marshmallow cream on top of the rich chocolate filling.
  5. Crunch the salty pretzels into bite-sized pieces and sprinkle them over the marshmallow layer.
  6. Optional: Add a swirl of whipped cream on top of each cup if desired.
  7. Chill the pie cups in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Ensure the crusts are completely cool before assembling. For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate pudding. You can prepare the chocolate filling a day in advance.
