Delightful Mini Cannoli Cups featuring crispy phyllo shells filled with a creamy ricotta mixture and topped with chocolate chips and pistachios.

  • 15 oz ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup miniature chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped pistachios
  • Whipped cream for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in the miniature chocolate chips.
