A decadent dessert featuring layers of creamy cheesecake, caramel, and chocolate, perfect for impressing guests on special occasions.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup chocolate ganache
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream (optional, for whipping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix the crushed graham crackers and melted butter until combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the sugar and vanilla, mixing until combined.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed until just combined.
  5. Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust and bake for 50-60 minutes, until the center is set but slightly jiggly.
  6. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  7. Once chilled, drizzle the caramel sauce over the cheesecake, followed by the chocolate ganache.
  8. Optional: Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form and pipe over the cheesecake for decoration.
  9. Slice and serve!

Notes

Letting the cheesecake cool completely before refrigerating prevents condensation. Use quality ingredients for the best flavor.
