A decadent dessert combining rich cream cheese, sweet caramel, and smooth chocolate ganache, perfect for special occasions.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup chocolate ganache

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
  3. Beat the cream cheese and sugar in a large mixing bowl until smooth. Add vanilla extract and eggs, one at a time, mixing until just combined.
  4. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
  5. Bake for about 55-60 minutes, or until the center is set but slightly wobbly.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
  7. Drizzle with caramel sauce and pour chocolate ganache on top.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes before serving.

Notes

Make sure cream cheese is at room temperature for a smooth filling. Let the cheesecake cool completely before refrigerating to avoid cracks.
