Ingredients

  • Vanilla ice cream
  • Corn flakes
  • Cinnamon
  • Sugar
  • Eggs
  • Flour
  • Oil for frying
  • Chocolate syrup
  • Whipped cream
  • Maraschino cherries

Instructions

  1. Scoop vanilla ice cream into balls and freeze until solid.
  2. Crush corn flakes and mix with cinnamon and sugar.
  3. Dip the frozen ice cream balls in flour, then beaten eggs, and finally coat with the corn flake mixture.
  4. Heat oil in a deep fryer to 375°F.
  5. Fry the coated ice cream balls for about 10-15 seconds until golden brown.
  6. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  7. Serve with chocolate syrup, whipped cream, and a maraschino cherry on top.
