A delightfully fluffy Marshmallow Frosting that’s perfect for cakes, cupcakes, or as a dip for fresh fruit.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 12 tablespoons milk (as needed)

Instructions

  1. Cream the Butter: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter with an electric mixer until creamy.
  2. Add the Fluff and Vanilla: Add the marshmallow fluff and vanilla extract, and mix until fully combined and smooth.
  3. Sweeten with Powdered Sugar: Gradually add in the powdered sugar, mixing on low speed until incorporated and creamy.
  4. Adjust Consistency: If the frosting is too thick, add milk one tablespoon at a time until you achieve your desired consistency.
  5. Use Immediately: Use immediately to frost cakes or cupcakes, or serve as a dip for fruit—each dollop is pure bliss!
