A sweet and fluffy frosting perfect for cakes, cupcakes, and cookies, made with creamy butter and marshmallow fluff.

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 24 tablespoons milk or heavy cream

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter until creamy.
  2. Gradually add in the powdered sugar, mixing until well combined.
  3. Add the marshmallow fluff and vanilla extract, continuing to mix until smooth.
  4. If the frosting is too thick, add milk or heavy cream one tablespoon at a time until the desired consistency is reached.
  5. Use immediately to frost cakes, cupcakes, or cookies, or store in an airtight container.

Notes

Make sure the butter is at room temperature for easy mixing. Adjust the milk or cream based on desired consistency.
