  • 4 Chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup Maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix together maple syrup, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, salt, and pepper to create the glaze.
  3. Heat olive oil over medium-high heat in a large oven-safe skillet.
  4. Sear chicken thighs skin-side down until crispy, about 4-5 minutes.
