Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the brown sugar, granulated sugar, and softened butter until smooth.
  3. Beat in the maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
  4. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
  5. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until well combined.
  6. Chill the dough in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  7. Shape the dough into small balls and roll each ball in powdered sugar.
  8. Place the rolled cookie balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
