A delicious and refreshing dessert made with ripe mangoes, perfect for hot days.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the mangoes.
  2. In a saucepan, combine sugar and water; heat until sugar dissolves.
  3. Blend mangoes, sugar syrup, and lime juice until smooth.
  4. Pour mixture into a container and freeze for at least 240 minutes.
  5. Before serving, let sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften.

Notes

Serve in chilled bowls or cups; add a sprig of mint or a slice of lime for garnish.
