  • 1 ripe mango, diced
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine the rolled oats, milk, chia seeds, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt in a mixing bowl or jar. Stir well to combine.
