  1. Mix the Dough: In a mixing bowl, combine glutinous rice flour, sugar, and water. Mix until smooth.
  2. Microwave the Mixture: Transfer the mixture to a microwave-safe dish and cover. Microwave on high for about 1 minute. Stir, then microwave for another minute.
  3. Achieve the Perfect Dough: Stir again and microwave for another 30 seconds until it becomes a sticky dough.
  4. Knead in the Mango Puree: Allow the dough to cool slightly, then knead in the mango puree until well combined.
  5. Prepare Your Work Surface: Dust your work surface with cornstarch and roll out small pieces of the dough into round shapes.
  6. Form the Mochi: Wrap them around small pieces of mango or keep them plain for a pure mochi experience.
  7. Firm Up Before Serving: Let them sit to cool and firm up before serving.
