A delicious and creamy no-bake dessert featuring layers of graham crackers, whipped cream, and ripe mangoes, perfect for warm days or special gatherings.

Ingredients

  • Graham crackers
  • Whipped cream
  • Ripe mangoes
  • Sweetened condensed milk (optional)
  • Sliced mangoes for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Layer the graham crackers at the bottom of a rectangular dish.
  2. Combine whipped cream with sweetened condensed milk (if using) in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Spread a layer of the whipped cream mixture over the graham crackers.
  4. Add a layer of sliced mangoes on top of the whipped cream.
  5. Repeat the layers until the dish is filled, finishing with a layer of whipped cream.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for 240 minutes or until set.
  7. Garnish with additional mango slices before serving.

Notes

Use fresh, ripe mangoes for the best flavor and sweetness. For added texture, consider crushing some graham crackers and sprinkling them between the layers. Letting it sit in the fridge longer results in a firmer texture.
