A delightful dessert that combines layers of creamy vanilla pudding, ripe bananas, and crispy Nilla wafers.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (3.4 oz) box vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 box Nilla wafers
  • Whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  1. Mix the pudding in a large bowl with the milk according to package instructions until smooth and free of lumps.
  2. Blend the sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl until smooth and creamy.
  3. Fold the pudding mixture into the condensed milk mixture gently to incorporate without deflating the air.
  4. Layer Nilla wafers in a serving dish, followed by sliced bananas, and then pour over the pudding mixture.
  5. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, ensuring the final layer is pudding.
  6. Crown with whipped cream on top.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving to allow flavors to meld.

Notes

Use ripe but firm bananas for best texture. This dessert can be made a day ahead of time.
