A classic dessert featuring creamy layers, delicious bananas, and crunchy Nilla wafers.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 cups cold water
  • 1 (3.4 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 4 to 5 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 box Nilla wafers

Instructions

  1. Whisk together sweetened condensed milk and cold water in a bowl.
  2. Add the instant pudding mix and whisk for 2 minutes until it thickens.
  3. Whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar in another bowl until stiff peaks form.
  4. Fold the whipped cream into the pudding mixture gently.
  5. Layer half of the Nilla wafers, half of the banana slices, and half of the pudding mixture in a large serving dish.
  6. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

For best flavor, use ripe bananas and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Crumble extra Nilla wafers on top for added texture.
