Delightful magic cookie bars with layers of graham cracker crust, chocolate, butterscotch, coconut, and sweetened condensed milk.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined.
  3. Carefully press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle shredded coconut, semi-sweet chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and chopped nuts on top of the crust.
  5. Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the layered goodies.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  7. Allow the bars to cool completely in the baking dish before cutting.

Notes

Store leftover bars in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days, or refrigerate for a week.
