  • 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • 1 cup cooked crab meat, shredded
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the softened butter and cream cheese in a large mixing bowl. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add the chopped lobster, shredded crab, lemon juice, and lemon zest to the mixture. Stir gently.
  4. Mix in the parsley, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper until evenly distributed.
  5. Scoop the mixture into small balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Roll each bomb in the breadcrumbs, ensuring they are fully coated.
  7. Drizzle a little olive oil over the top of each butter bomb.
  8. Bake for about 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  9. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve with cocktail sauce or garlic aioli. Pairs well with fresh salads or chilled white wine.
