Indulgent and customizable loaded nachos topped with cheese, jalapeños, and fresh toppings.

Ingredients

  • Tortilla chips
  • Shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or a blend)
  • Black beans
  • Sliced jalapeños
  • Guacamole
  • Sour cream
  • Diced tomatoes
  • Chopped green onions
  • Cilantro (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spread the tortilla chips evenly on a baking sheet.
  3. Sprinkle the shredded cheese generously over the chips.
  4. Add black beans and sliced jalapeños on top of the cheese.
  5. Bake for about 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven and top with guacamole, sour cream, diced tomatoes, green onions, and cilantro.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days. Reheat in the oven for best results.
