Indulge in these loaded breakfast nachos, a perfect blend of crunchy tortilla chips topped with scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, and melted cheese, making for a delightful brunch treat.

Ingredients

  • Tortilla chips
  • Scrambled eggs
  • Cooked bacon or sausage
  • Shredded cheese
  • Sliced jalapeños
  • Sour cream
  • Guacamole
  • Fresh cilantro
  • Green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spread the tortilla chips evenly on a baking sheet.
  3. Scramble the eggs in a bowl until fluffy and set aside.
  4. Cook the bacon or sausage in a skillet until crispy.
