Indulge in these comforting loaded baked potatoes topped with butter, sour cream, cheese, bacon, and green onions.

Ingredients

  • 4 Russet potatoes
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup Cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup Chopped green onions
  • 2 tbsp Butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Scrub the potatoes under cold running water and dry thoroughly.
  3. Prick each potato several times with a fork and rub with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt.
  4. Bake directly on the oven rack for about 45-60 minutes or until tender.
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
  6. Cut a slit down the center of each potato and squeeze the ends to open them up.
  7. Top each potato with butter, sour cream, cheese, bacon, and green onions. Serve warm and enjoy.
