A refreshing Lemonade Icebox Cake that combines zesty lemon flavor with whipped cream and sweetened condensed milk, layered with lemon sandwich cookies.

Ingredients

  • 1 box of lemon sandwich cookies
  • 1 cup of lemonade (made from lemonade concentrate)
  • 2 cups of whipped cream
  • 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
  • Lemon zest for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix sweetened condensed milk with lemonade until combined.
  2. Gently fold in the whipped cream until well blended.
  3. In a dish, begin to layer the lemon sandwich cookies with your lemonade mixture.
  4. Top your creation with additional whipped cream and lemon zest.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

Notes
