  1. Beat the softened butter in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy.

  3. Add the fresh lemon juice and lemon zest, then mix until smooth and creamy.

Notes

Make sure your butter is at room temperature for easy mixing. For a stronger lemon flavor, add more lemon zest or juice to taste. If the frosting is too thick, you can add a little milk to reach the desired consistency.
