Delicious Korean BBQ meatballs paired with a zesty spicy mayo dip, perfect for dinner or as an appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef or pork
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha (or to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix together the ground meat, breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, ginger, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about the size of a golf ball.
  4. Bake the meatballs for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.
  5. Prepare the spicy mayo dip by mixing together the mayonnaise, sriracha, and rice vinegar.
  6. Serve the meatballs with the spicy mayo dip on the side.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 2 months.
