Delightful Key Lime Cheesecake Bars with a tangy and sweet flavor, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup key lime juice
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon lime zest
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • Whipped cream (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9-inch baking pan.
  2. Mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. Beat together the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add the sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, eggs, and lime zest. Mix until well combined.
  5. Pour the mixture over the crust in the pan.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until set.
  7. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  8. Cut into bars and serve with whipped cream if desired.
