1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup key lime juice
2 large eggs
Zest of 1 lime
Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press this mixture into the bottom of a greased 8×8-inch baking pan.
In another bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, eggs, and lime zest until well combined.
Pour the key lime filling over the crust in the pan.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the filling is set.
Let the bars cool at room temperature before refrigerating them.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into squares.
