Delicious, cheesy bites made with pepperoni and cream cheese, perfect for snacking or gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 12 slices pepperoni
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place pepperoni slices on the prepared sheet, spacing them about 1/2 inch apart.
  3. Spoon approximately 1 teaspoon of cream cheese onto the center of each pepperoni slice.
  4. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese generously over the cream cheese on each pepperoni cup.
  5. Season each with Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
  6. Bake for 5 to 7 minutes until the cheese is melted and the pepperoni edges are crisp.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before garnishing with chopped fresh parsley.

Notes

Serve warm with marinara sauce. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
