Delicious and easy-to-make keto fat bombs, perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth while keeping your macros in check.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup low carb chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup sweetener (like erythritol or stevia)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Beat the softened cream cheese and butter together until smooth.
  2. Add the sweetener, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt, and mix until well combined.
  3. Fold in the low carb chocolate chips.
  4. Spoon the mixture into silicone molds or an ice cube tray.
  5. Freeze for about 60 to 120 minutes or until solid.
  6. Pop the fat bombs out of the molds and store them in an airtight container in the freezer.
