Ingredients

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup low carb chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup powdered erythritol (or other keto-friendly sweeteners)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and butter.
  2. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the low carb chocolate chips, powdered erythritol, and vanilla extract to the mixture.
  4. Stir until all ingredients are well combined.
  5. Scoop the mixture into silicone molds or roll into balls and place on a parchment-lined tray.
  6. Freeze for at least 60 minutes or until solid.
  7. Store in the freezer in an airtight container and enjoy!
