A vibrant Indian salad made with fresh cucumber, juicy tomatoes, and pungent red onion, perfect as a side dish or a refreshing snack.

  • 2 Large Hot house tomatoes (medium-diced)
  • 1 Large Red onion (finely-diced)
  • 1 Lemon (juiced)
  • 2 tsp Chaat masala
  • 1/2 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1 tsp Sea salt

Instructions

  1. Wash and prep your vegetables thoroughly under cold running water. Dice the cucumber, tomatoes, and red onion into uniform-sized pieces.
  2. Place the diced cucumber, tomatoes, and red onion in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Squeeze the lemon juice over the diced vegetables.
  4. Sprinkle the chaat masala, red chili powder, and sea salt over the salad.
  5. Toss gently but thoroughly until everything is well combined.
