  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, egg, minced garlic, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and oregano in a large bowl. Mix gently until just combined.
  3. Scoop out portions of the mixture and shape them into 1-inch meatballs. Place them on a lined baking sheet, spaced evenly.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  5. Serve hot, topped with marinara sauce.
