A modern twist on the classic meatloaf, packed with garlic and Parmesan cheese for a juicy and flavorful meal.

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, egg, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and milk in a large bowl.
  3. Mix everything together until it’s well incorporated.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
  5. Bake for 45 to 55 minutes, ensuring the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Remove the meatloaf from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.

Notes

Pairs well with mashed potatoes, salad, or steamed veggies. Can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
