A delightful and easy no-bake dessert with layers of whipped cream and cookies, perfect for parties.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 package chocolate wafers or graham crackers
  • 2 cups fresh berries (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  2. In a serving dish, layer chocolate wafers or graham crackers with whipped cream, adding fresh berries between layers if desired.
  3. Continue to layer until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of whipped cream on top.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes, or overnight, until set.
  5. Slice and serve chilled.

Notes

Ensure heavy cream is very cold for best whipping results. Add different flavors or nuts for variation.
