A nostalgic dessert that combines layers of creamy whipped goodness, crunchy chocolate wafers, and fresh strawberries, all without needing to turn on the oven.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 package chocolate wafer cookies
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced (or any preferred fruit)

Instructions

  1. Whip the cream in a large bowl with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
  2. Layer the chocolate wafer cookies on a serving platter.
  3. Spread a generous layer of whipped cream over the cookies, then add a layer of sliced strawberries.
  4. Repeat the layering process until all ingredients are used, finishing with whipped cream on top.
  5. Chill the cake for at least 4 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
  6. Slice and serve chilled to your guests.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, but it’s best enjoyed fresh.
