A quick and delicious salmon dish glazed with a sweet and spicy honey Sriracha sauce, perfect for weeknight dinners or entertaining guests.

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lime wedges for serving
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to preheat at 400°F (200°C).
  2. Whisk the Marinade: In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Sriracha, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Prepare the Baking Sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
  4. Arrange the Salmon: Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the lined baking sheet.
  5. Brush on the Honey Sriracha Mix: Generously brush the honey Sriracha mixture over the salmon fillets.
  6. Bake the Salmon: Slide the baking sheet into the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes.
