Delicious honey garlic turkey meatballs that burst with flavor and are perfect for family dinners or entertaining.

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic, egg, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix well.
  3. Shape the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  4. Combine the honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and ginger in a saucepan. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Brush the honey garlic sauce over the meatballs generously.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
  7. Serve the meatballs warm, enjoy!
