  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets

Instructions

  1. Whisk the sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic until smooth.
  2. Heat the olive oil: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until it shimmers.
  3. Brown the kielbasa: Add the sliced kielbasa to the skillet and cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side until lightly browned.
  4. Add the veggies: Add the sliced bell peppers, onion, and broccoli florets to the skillet; cook for 5 to 7 minutes until tender-crisp.
