Delicious roasted carrots glazed with honey, garlic, and butter for a sweet-savory experience.

  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the carrots by peeling and cutting them into 4-5 inch sticks.
  3. Create the honey garlic mixture by combining honey, melted butter, and minced garlic in a bowl.
  4. Toss the carrots in the honey garlic mixture until well-coated.
  5. Spread the carrots out in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  6. Roast the carrots in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving warm.
