Crispy, golden fries enhanced with the earthy aroma of truffle oil and topped with Parmesan cheese.

Ingredients

  • 4 large Potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Truffle oil
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup Fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Soak the potatoes cut into thin strips in a bowl of cold water for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Drain the potatoes and pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel.
  4. Toss the dried potato strips with truffle oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  5. Arrange the seasoned fries in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy, turning halfway through.
  7. Add grated Parmesan cheese and parsley after removing from the oven.
  8. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

Soaking the potatoes is key for ultimate crispiness. Adjust truffle oil to your taste.
