  • Ground beef
  • Bread crumbs
  • Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Egg
  • Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • Canned tomatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Boil the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  2. Combine ground beef, bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, egg, chopped parsley, minced garlic, chopped onion, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix gently until combined.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs about the size of a golf ball.
  4. Brown the meatballs in a pan with olive oil over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes until browned on all sides.
  5. Simmer the meatballs in canned tomatoes for about 20 minutes to meld the flavors.
  6. Serve the meatballs over the cooked spaghetti, garnished with extra parmesan and parsley.
