A creamy, dreamy spread made from Biscoff cookies that elevates any snack or dessert.

Ingredients

  • Biscoff cookies
  • Vegetable oil or melted coconut oil
  • Powdered sugar
  • Vanilla extract
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Crush the Biscoff cookies in a food processor until they reach a fine crumb.
  2. Add the oil, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the crushed cookies.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  4. Adjust the consistency by adding more oil if it seems too thick.
