Crispy, sweet, and packed with flavor, these Hoisin Glazed Pork Belly Bites make a great appetizer or snack for any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb pork belly, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup hoisin sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • Green onions, for garnish
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix together the hoisin sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger in a bowl.
  3. Toss the pork belly pieces in the sauce until they are well coated.
  4. Spread the pork belly on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the pork is crispy and caramelized, turning the pieces halfway through.
  6. Remove from the oven and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve warm.

Notes

Ensure the pork belly pieces are cut evenly for uniform cooking. For added flavor, marinate the pork belly in the sauce for a few hours before baking.
