Ingredients

  • Whole grain pasta
  • Garlic
  • Olive oil
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Chicken breast
  • Spinach
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the whole grain pasta according to the package instructions.
  2. Sauté minced garlic in olive oil over medium heat for about a minute.
  3. Brown diced chicken breast until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Wilt the fresh spinach in the skillet with the chicken.
  5. Combine the cooked pasta with the chicken and spinach mixture.
  6. Add Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste.
