A colorful and nutritious hibachi-style dish with tender chicken and fresh vegetables, perfect for gathering around the table.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken breast
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 1 Bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 Carrot, sliced
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • 1 Zucchini, sliced
  • 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
  • 2 Green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken by cutting it into bite-sized pieces and marinating with soy sauce.
  2. Heat the oil in a large skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and chopped onion to the pan and cook until fragrant.
  4. Sauté the marinated chicken until browned and cooked through.
  5. Add sliced bell peppers, carrots, broccoli, and zucchini, and stir-fry until tender.
  6. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions just before serving.

Notes

Customize veggies as per season and taste; serve over rice or noodles.
