A delightful no-bake heart-shaped raspberry mousse that combines sweet and tart flavors, perfect for romantic occasions.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons gelatin powder
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Puree the raspberries and sugar in a blender until smooth, then strain through a sieve.
  2. Bloom the gelatin by sprinkling it over the water and letting it sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Dissolve the bloomed gelatin by gently heating it until fully dissolved, then stir into the raspberry puree.
  4. Whip the heavy cream with vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  5. Combine the raspberry mixture gently with the whipped cream to maintain airiness.
  6. Mold the mousse into heart-shaped molds and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  7. Serve decorated with raspberries, whipped cream, or mint.

Notes

For best results, use cold whipping cream and be patient when blooming the gelatin.
