Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or olive oil for baking

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Mix the ingredients until well combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.
  4. Form small balls about the size of a golf ball from the mixture.
  5. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Spray the meatballs with cooking spray or drizzle with olive oil.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through and browned, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  8. Serve them over pasta, in a salad, or on their own.

Notes

For extra moisture, consider adding chicken broth or using grated zucchini. Adjust seasoning based on preference. Let the meatballs rest after baking to enhance flavors.
