Delicious and healthy turkey burgers made with lean ground turkey and flavorful spices, perfect for any meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Whole wheat buns
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato
  • Any other desired toppings

Instructions

  1. Combine the ingredients: In a bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Mix and form patties: Mix until well combined and form the mixture into patties, making sure they are a uniform size for even cooking.
  3. Heat the skillet: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, allowing the oil to coat the bottom of the pan.
  4. Cook the patties: Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they are fully cooked through and have a lovely golden-brown color.
  5. Assemble and serve: Serve the cooked patties on whole wheat buns topped with crisp lettuce, juicy tomato, and any other toppings you desire.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days or freeze uncooked patties for up to 3 months.
