Scale
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 cup chopped broccoli
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  3. Add in the shredded cheese, chopped broccoli, diced bell peppers, salt, black pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Stir until combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared dish and spread it out evenly. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until set and lightly browned on top.
  5. Cool slightly before slicing to allow flavors to settle.
  6. Serve warm or at room temperature.

Notes

This quiche can be made ahead and pairs well with a green salad or crusty bread. It is also versatile — feel free to swap in your favorite vegetables or cheese.
