A healthy, creamy, and flavorful Buffalo chicken dip, perfect for parties and gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup low-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and half of the shredded cheddar in a large bowl.
  3. Mix until well combined and smooth.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  5. Top with the remaining shredded cheddar cheese and chopped green onions.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Serve warm with veggies or tortilla chips.

Notes

For added flavor, use rotisserie chicken and feel free to adjust the spice level with extra hot sauce.
