  • 1/2 cup nut butter (peanut butter, almond butter, or sunflower seed butter)
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 12 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Mix-ins (dark chocolate chips, dried fruits like raisins or cranberries, or nuts)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  3. Mash the bananas in a large bowl until smooth.
  4. Stir in the nut butter until well combined.
  5. Mix in the rolled oats until thoroughly combined.
  6. Add honey or maple syrup if desired, and mix well.
  7. Fold in mix-ins like chocolate chips or nuts.
  8. Scoop heaping tablespoons of dough onto the baking sheet, spacing them apart.
  9. Bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until golden and set.
  10. Cool on a wire rack before enjoying.
