A quick and flavorful Ground Turkey Stir Fry that is healthy, satisfying, and easy to customize with your favorite vegetables.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, etc.)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice or noodles (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. The oil should shimmer but not smoke; you want that perfect sear!
  2. Sauté the aromatics: Add garlic and ginger to the skillet. Sauté for 1 minute, letting those incredible aromas waft through your kitchen.
  3. Brown the turkey: Add ground turkey to the skillet, breaking it up with a wooden spoon. Cook until browned and no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Combine with vegetables: Stir in the mixed vegetables and soy sauce. Cook until the vegetables are crisp-tender, about another 5 minutes.
  5. Season to perfection: Season with salt and pepper to taste. Give everything a good stir to ensure the flavors meld together beautifully.
  6. Serve warm: Serve your delicious stir fry over cooked rice or noodles. Garnish if desired.
